Create versatile hairstyles with the Panasonic EH-HV51 Multi-Styling Straightener. Designed for straightening, curling and adding volume, this hair styling appliance supports up to six styling looks using its interchangeable attachments. It features even heat distribution plates, photo-ceramic plates designed to help reduce hair-colour fading, and five temperature settings from 140°C to 230°C. The manufacturer lists approximately 15 seconds to reach 100°C for 220–240V models.
Brush and detangle the hair, then separate it into manageable sections.
Attach the appropriate styling accessory for the desired look.
Plug in the appliance and switch it on. Select a suitable temperature and wait until the temperature indicator stops blinking and remains lit.
For straightening, clamp a small section of hair between the plates and slowly glide the appliance toward the ends. For curls, use the appropriate attachment and follow the manufacturer's curling technique.
Switch off and unplug the appliance after use, and allow it to cool before storing.
The heating plates become hot during use; avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.
Keep the appliance away from water. Do not use it near a bathtub, shower or other water-filled area.
Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged.
Unplug after use and allow the appliance to cool before cleaning or storage.
Do not use immediately after a chemical straight perm treatment; the Panasonic manual advises waiting 3–4 days. Follow the complete manufacturer safety instructions.
